And then Alixia snapped, he struck out at Ivar, holding his blade to his throat. “ You, you are incapable of listening! The past decade, I have been talking to other royals, they are scared, the kingdom is too strong , that is why it must be weakened, I’ve secured enough of a peace with our neighbours, that they would temporarily take in refugees, as we slowly evacuate the vulnerable citizens, why don’t you take your head out of your arse and realise that there’s more to war than taking out the ruler.” The prince snapped, as he sheathed his blade, and walked towards the exit.
“ and no, I’m not the king until after I have reclaimed my father’s crown.” -

Genesis watched the exchange in silence before he sighed and started after Alixia "do what you guys want, ill stick with Charming

Arden stood there silently, watching and thinking. But she didn't stay silent for long, she took a deep breath and said, "We should stay together, and whatever we do, we should do it as quickly as possible. Every day the trolls are in control, more people die. Not only are they executing anyone caught doing magic, but they are violent and constantly attack innocent people. Most healers have either been killed or simply stopped healing others in fear of being caught and executed. Because of this more and more people have been dying of sickness, disease, and injuries. We shouldn't have waited ten years before talking about doing something, much less actually doing it. And now that we're here we have to at least try. We may all have different opinions on how to do this, but we need to do something. So please, stop fighting and try to compromise, us working together would be better for everyone. We are the most powerful mages in the kingdom and it is our responsibility to protect it. So many people's lives depend on the trolls being defeated, and yet all you can do is bicker." She sighed after she finished, not used talking that much.
Tekeshi stared at Arden for a moment, he had never seen her talk that much in, well, ever. "Alixia has been trying, but I agree. None of the rest of us have been doing anything useful in the past decade." -
Ivar stared at Tekashi. "Nothing useful?" he said with disbelief. "I animated thirty five thousand dead bodies. Do you have any idea how much work that is?" Ivar decided to have the army turn back back because they clearly were not doing anything at this time.

“ To think that all there is to war is fighting shows you were not meant to be more than a solider.” The prince snorted.” But alright, I’ll stay, only because the pretty nymph asked me to, Arden right?” He asked. “ my mother talked about you a lot,”
“ and you’re Tekeshi?” He asked looking at the swordsman.
“ and I’m guessing your genesis then handsome? I’d heard you we’re gorgeous but the stories really don’t do you justice.”
( I couldn’t figure out a way for him to flirt with Tekeshi, just pretend he did. )

Genesis looked at Arden as she spoke before sighing and putting his hands in his pockets, smirking at the prince "storys rarely do" he purred befors looking at the group "i think a good place to start would be to get as many of the citizens out as possible, focusing on the children and also anyone who may be targeted by the trolls

Tekeshi nodded in agreement, "That's a good idea." he turned to look at the prince, "You said that our neighbors will take in refuges?"

Ivar decided against arguing about the prince's incompetence anymore. "How fast can you get them out?" he asked. "Do any of you have any sort of armies?" He looked at Alixia. "How many soldiers can you gather?"

“ I can get them out as fast as I can.” He snapped. “ It’s simple, like i said, but also going with what Sir Genesis said, children are our priority, but if children dissapear kve rnight the trolls will figure something out, so my plan is to spread word of a disease slreading around. The trolls will think nothing of it. Humans and the like die easily. “ he said as he tied his hair up out of his face.
“ And you must be missing a few iq points old man, of course they have armies, it’s not about brute force yet. What you aren’t understanding is that you’re not a leader, you’ve never experienced war like this. Let go of your preconceived notions, if you truly have a reason to pppose my order then voice it, but if your reason isn’t more than just, you believe you know better then you are simply a fool.” The prince spoke voice even.
“ This isn’t a wise way to spend our Time Ivar.”
“ And yes Sir Takeshi, they offered to support us in any way they can, due to fears of being taken over by trolls.” -

Genesis crossed his arms in thought before he pulled outasmall bookand started writing something down

Tekeshi nodded in agreement, "Makes sense. But about the armies, I have one, though many of them died when the trolls attacked." he looked at Arden, "I don't think Arden has one." she shook her head in answer, she didn't have an army and had no intention of ever having one.
