John started calling Charlie's name. He then heard a small voice, calling for help. "This way." he said as he pointed in the voice's direction.

"This way" Krantha tried to interrupt

John kept running until he ran into a blocked off section of the cave.

Krantha wasn't far behind, but she had a hard time stopping.

John knocked on the rocks and said "Charlie, are you in there? This is Team Excavator." The young Caterpie said "Yes, help me. It's dark and spooky in here."

(Boosts the Attack stat after knocking out any Pokémon.)

She scrambled to her feet, the said "Both of you stand back." Krantha then used crunch on the giant rock -
John was impressed by the Crunch and it appeared to take sizable chunks out of the rock. He wanted to help but he didn't have any moves that could.

Krantha did it again, then stood back. She opened her mouth to use roar, and it made the rock crumble

Charlie watched the rocks crumble and he saw his rescuers. He said "You saved me." John said "Not yet, we need to get you out of here."

"Hop on" Krantha told the caterpie. He nodded, and she dug her paws into the ground. She looked at John for confirmation

John said "Come on, let's go." and started running.

She nodded, and then started running. Not as fast as she could, but fast enough to keep up. You could tell by the way she ran, and her breathing patterns

Soon they exited the cave, Charlie's mother was waiting for them. She hugged her son and said "Thank you to the both of you. I wish I knew how to pay you."
