In the Pokmon world, tons of trainers set out to become the greatest trainer of all time. This is the story of 5 such trainers from different regions striving to become Pokmon Masters.

Ok so If the pokemon can be found in that region we can have it?
What’s the limit? If there’s not would I possibly be able to have a cosmog? Otherwise I’ll just stick with a regular secondary pokemon.
Is a liquid voice popplio alright? -
If the cosmog thing sounds too weird then I’ll just go with another Pokémon, I just ahve this backstory in my head.

You are allowed to have Cosmog, yes. The only limit is that you can't have a legendary except for Cosmog. If you plan to have him though, you may have to wait before your allowed to evolve him.
As for the liquid voice popplio, what do you mean? -
Popplio can have a hidden ability liquid voice, turning its sound based moves into water types.
Are you sure you’re ok with that? Because I honestly will happily take another Pokémon if you aren’t.

Personality: Lake is a very mysterious and quiet child. They bond quickly to those who show them kindness, and are very trustful to a trainer with pokemon who loves them. Lake , however is scared of adults and those in costume, therefore they often do not want to go into Pokémon centres.
Starter: (Must be from the region the character is from) Popplio
Extra Pokmon: (Optional) (Only one) (Must be from the region the character is from) Cosmog ( Cosmog only knows teleportation.)
Other: (Optional) Lake can ‘ connect to the hearts of pokemon.’ And understand them however they aren’t very strong emotionally themselves and so they struggle to connect even briefly with Pokemon who are angry or very sad.
Lake’s only contact with the human world was 5rough Proffeser Kukui, who recently took them on as an apprentice.
Lake already had Popplio, but they only recently became partners, and Cosmos only very recently appeared in their life, -
Except their hair is forest green and their eyes are cinnamon. -
I’m debating on if I should nickname cosmog Nebby or not, since Lake wouldn’t really understand the concept of nicknames.
