Red slowly woke up

Nightmare smiled"Morning."

Red smiled shakily at her but didnt say anything

Nightmare hugged him.

Red hugged her back, cringing slightly

Nightmare held him close.

Red relaxed and snuggled against her, ignoring how hungry and dirty he was

"You need to eat and get cleaned mister." Nightmare said as she poked him.

Red flinched slightly before he started getting up, trembling

"I'm not going to hurt you,love..." Nightmare said softly.

Red flinched again but it appeared to be an instinctive reation to being talked to rather then him reacting to her. After a few seconds he stopped trying to get up, rattling as he wrapped his arms around himself

Nightmare sighed as she carefully picked him up and took him to the bathroom,setting him down so that she could run r he water.

Red watched her silently, fiddling with his collar

Nightmare hummed as she made sure the water was good enough for him as she turned off the running water.

Red shivered slightly and looked at the ground
