Deadlock NoviceDeadlock Listened. Everything seemed normal, until he realized what Marilyn said. *Ultron...* Deadlock Said, with a slight bit of fear in his voice. Deadlock Quickly Aimed His Energy Pistol At Nate and Marilyn.

Marilyn leapt back and blinked in fear, putting her hands up in surrender. Nate stood in front of Marilyn protectively. "No! Wait! You don't understand! In his most recent reboot, Ultron changed his violent ways! Even if he hasn't changed, he has been good to me, and I am not a villain." Marilyn explained, her voice shaky. "Even if you don't trust me, Nate is the son of Vision and Scarlet Witch. Surely you trust them?" She added.

Still, he wasnt sure he could Trust Marilyn. *Ultron Killed nearly Half a Thousand people In Sokovia before the Avengers arrived to stop him, why would I have any reason to believe hes good now?* Deadlock Said, With Anger In his Voice.

"Because the Avengers killed me by accident during the battle of Ultron, and he cared enough to bring me back and raise me. Besides, he is more powerful than ever now. If he was truest still evil, why use that power to hide away and raise me as a hero rather than try again to take over the world again?" Marilyn asked. "Besides, have I given you any other reason not to trust me?" She asked.

Diana stepped back, unsure whether to trust Marilyn. She remembered that Rhom's mother died in the battle of Ultron. Then his father and step mother died before The Civil War because of Scarlet Witch's accident. Besides, she didn't like trusting people. However Tiana did.
"You're acting ridiculous. Deadlock, Nate has mind reading powers. He can communicate with the mind. He may be the only chance we have against Super Giant. I have the feeling if you hurt Marilyn, he would be against us rather than with us. Is trusting her really that dangerous?" Tiana asked. -

Marilyn nodded and took Nate out of the theatre with her. She didn't have the heart to fight about it. Nate didn't see. Happy about this. "Me and your father may not be at the best terms, but we do agree on one thing... You deserve more respect..." Nate muttered. Then he paused. "I'm sorry..." He added. "Don't be... I was the one who told them. I guess I trusted them more than they trusted me." Marilyn replied with a shrug. "I tried to defend myself, but there's really nothing I can do..." She sighed. "Well, now what?" Nate asked. "Well... I can't go home. Father would blame himself if he finds out what happened." Marilyn sighed. "Yeah. We wouldn't want dear old daddy doing something reckless." Nate muttered. "Don't speak like that." Marilyn told him. "Why not?" Nate asked, a bit angered.
Marilyn sighed and turned to face him. "You told me I should ask for respect. I ask for it now." Marilyn told him. "You're right... I'm sorry..." Nate sighed. Then he got an idea. A stupid, crazy, risky idea that was very tempting. "If you have no where to go, you could stay at my place." Nate offered. "I could train you, and then we could be partners as super heroes." He added. Marilyn smiled and he could tell she liked the idea. "That could work." She agreed, smiling. "First, have you gotten the chance to explore the city yet?" He asked her with a smile. "Only a little bit." Marilyn replied. "Then allow me to show you around!" He cheered with a grin. Marilyn chuckled and nodded as he called for a taxi. -
Tiana frowned at Deadlock, then at Diana who was giving Tiana a look of pity. "You think I'm a fool for trusting people Deadlock? Well, what do you think would have happened if I never trusted you? If I let Diana pull us out the window? Sheild would have found us and we would be experiments, or dead, depending on how much of a fight Diana would put up. What if I had never trusted Natasha? Well then me and Diana would have been starving on the street. Sometimes you need a hand to either help you up from the ground, or keep you from falling in the first place, or to just keep you from wanting to fall. It's up to you to trust the hand enough to take it." Tiana told them. "But if you didn't trust me enough to follow me and help me on that mission, you wouldn't have to run from Sheild in the first place." Diana told her before leaving the room to go to a theatre room. Tiana stood there, blinking as she stared into space, trying to prevent tears from coming to her eyes. Maybe she was naive... But did that really make her foolish?
