Professor Xavier's Academy for Gifted Youngsters ran for two centuries of generations. A peaceful school where children that were mutants, meta-humans, aliens, or mix of such would learn to control their powers and use them for good. However, eventually this base was infiltrated by SHEILD. Now it is Director Fury Junior's Academy for Powerful Children. The school runs similar to how it used to, with a few tweaks. The only real difference is that these children are no longer being raised to choose a path of their own. They are being raised to be weapons for the Government, or hidden from society. Those who fall in between will work for the Academy.
Rules:
Your character(s) can be the child of any super hero, mutant, villain, alien, or Dopleganger (character from DC). Only limit of this is that the powers Must Be Natural and like the parent.
For a child from the DC universe, the child would have been in an accident where a Breach sucked them into the Academy and they were raised there since.
Anyone who was born in this universe starts at the Academy at the age of ten.
Your character(s) can be original and have their own story to how they got their powers.
Your character(s) must have a love interest with another persons character at some point.
Your character(s) ages must be 10-20
If above 17, your character should be taking classes to either be a staff member for the University, agent of Sheild, agent for the Government, training in secret with Hydra, training in secret with the Avengers, or not yet deciding and rebelling against the university. Which one can be told in Other.

The vest is made to hold her breast well however. She wears silver leggings and a white skirt knee length skirt over them. She wears brown leather boots and a silver chain necklace with a sapphire charm. She wears purple, Asgardian gloves that help her control her magical powers.

Powers: She has a limited control over water, can turn invisible in water, fog, clouds, or humid air, and she can perform some little curses and charms of magic that involve the voice and appearance.
Weaknesses: She can't control her magic as well when she doesn't wear the gloves. So water acts a bit weird around her and her voice goes funny when she doesn't wear them.
Weapon of choice: Her gold chain can grow, shrink, or turn into a whip at her will.
Desires: To be the most skilled warrior she can be!
Fears: Failing miserably, loosing honour, making a fool of herself.
Personality: dashing, quick thinking, witty, charming, clever, skilled, egotistical, and funny. She is sometimes irresponsible and mischievous or bold and rude when going through stress. She often gets cocky when she is having a good day.
Likes: Ponds, Forrest, and mountains. They are great for training, sight seeing, adventures, risks, meals, and fun. She loves being swooned over or praised.
Dislikes: Rules, limits, and other's expectations or judgments of her.
Other: Her skin changes colour depending on her mood. Normally, her skin is a pale, ivory colour. When she gets angry, her skin turns grey and the more angry she gets, the darker her skin gets. When she is enraged, it is a deep, pitch black. When she is joyous, her skin turns to a pale yellow. The more happy or excited she is, the more golden her skin turns until she is overwhelmingly filled with joy and glows with a bright gold. When she is sad, her skin will turn blue, then lavender, then the more depressed she feels the deeper the purple her skin will be until it's a dark, depressing, royal purple. When she is flattered, her skin blushes pink like any other person. Her skin can turn pink under high flattery, and will redden until she is so overwhelmed with desire that her skin glows a bright, rosy red. This is part of her magic. She can keep her skin white with the gloves on, but it takes a lot of focus. -

Apearence: She doesn't change appearance like her father. However she does get stronger when angry. Her blood is green because it is filled with gamma radiation. Her skin should be blue or grey like her mother's or green like her father's. But perhaps when Bruce Banner died in order for Hulk to stay the Hulk, all of Bruce Banner's DNA went into her, giving her a human appearance. However she still has equal strength to an angry Hulk without shapeshifting. This makes her unpredictable and dangerous when underestimated.
Clothes (normal): Bright coloured and creative dresses.
Clothes (school): A blue t-shirt, black mini skirt with shorts under it, and white sneakers. Her badge is bright pink but will flash green as a warning when her heart rate rises.

Clothes (costume): A bright pink silk like jump suit that has many folds and pockets in it. The suit can turn into a ballgown, to-to, protective inflated suit, or a muscle suit to warn people of her strength. The pockets hold many toys and gimmicks that are effective in battle.

Other: She has two violent German Shepards named Princess and Bubblegum. They are overly sweet to her but vicious to anyone that goes too close to her. You can get them to leave you alone if you smell like candy or farts (for some weird reason.) -

The jacket is heat resistant, and is usually zipped up to her neck. Tucked closely beneath the blazer is a dark grey mid-thigh length skirt covered in white polka dots. Underneath that skirt is skin tight black leggings with sparkly flames running up the edge of her legs. These are also heat resistant, along with her black lace-up combat boots.

Powers: Because of her mom's telekinesis and her dad's ability to shoot extremely hot lasers out of his eyes, Autumn was given the ability to manipulate and withstand extreme amounts of heat. This allows her to take and transfer the heat in the air, create force fields out of the heat in the air, change the amount of heat in an object, and lessen the blow of anything related to fire of lazers.
Weaknesses: Her powers do not work well AT ALL in frigid temperatures. She gets cold easily, and when it's too cold, she passes out. Too much moisture in the air can lead to disabled powers, and/or passing out.
Weapon of choice: She carries around a small dagger that she is able to heat up. If there is enough warmth in the air, she is able to summon a small weapon of low heat. It doesn't last long though.
Desires: To be a well known photographer and travel to exotic, particularly warm, places.
Fears: Forgetting memories, people forgetting her, not meeting her special someone, and small, confided areas.
Personality: A bit of a loner. Autumn spends most of her time outside. She's either sketching, reading, or taking pictures. She loves photography, and dreams of being noticed one day. Other than that, she maintains good grades and enjoys harvesting fruit and vegetables. Even though she doesn't talk much, she is VERY blunt, and will say whatever pops into her mind.
Likes: Photography, books, compliments, being alone, harvesting and cooking, mocha frappes, sunsets, sunrises, flowers, and tall rollercoasters.
Dislikes: People who talk when she's concentrating, people that rely on her to do things for them, any temperature that goes below 70, four leaf clovers ("THEY DON'T EXIST!" is what she says.), people who spoil things, and liars.
Other: She and her family live in a small studio apartment downtown. Autumn's bedroom looks like it came out of a tumblr aesthetic. She owns a large, fluffy orange Persian cat named Larry.
