Felton nodded and sat the agent down in his chair. "I'll be back to talk to you about our transition and to help him. I just have to make sure my sister is staying out of trouble." Felton explained before walking out.
Meanwhile, Chelsy was looking for people worth socializing with. "Hi!!!" A slightly annoying, high pitched voice echoed down the hall. Chelsy groaned and turned to see a girl with long, very blonde hair, blue eyes, 'perfect' skin, a bright pink mini skirt and a yellow camo crop top running over to her. "Hey! What's your name?" Chelsy asked, mocking the girl's voice. "I'm Judy, I am the head of the Welcoming Comitee and-" The blonde chattered. "Stop right there. I don't need your help. I'm already perfectly welcomed." Chelsy told her. "I'm gonna go now. Kay? Bye!!! See you in, well, does never work for you?" Chelsy asked in her mocking voice before walking away.
