**Running over to Min-Joon, desperate to make him listen, she dashed in front of him. When she saw the tears, she almost had a a heart attack, but she kept herself composed. "Min-Joon I-" She put a hand on his chest and rubbed her thumb against it. "What's the matter?" **
-
Min-joon stared at her, longingly. He opened his mouth to talk but no words came out. It was you. I can't believe you were the one I saved that night. Fate. Fate brought you back to me....but you dont need me. But how could you have the same face with her? How?
"Nothing." Min-joon looked down at his feet. "It's jus-"
"Hey!" Mark shouted as he ran over, "Are we gonna hang out or not? It's getting dark. And I have something important to tell you, Wed. It's really important. Min-joon, don't leave." Mark now turned to Min-joon, "We'll sit at the bench and once we're done talking you both can continue your convo. Come on wed. We'll sit over there." He pointed at a bench nearby.
Min-joon nodded at Wednesday to go. -
Wednesday contemplated this decision. She sighed in defeat and headed over to the bench, still worrying about Min-Joon
-
Min-joon went to sit at the bench across them.
Mark snapped his fingers in front of Wednesday to gain her attention, then he sent her a gummy smile. -
Wednesday returned the smile weakly. "What is it Mark?" She was generally curious. She glanced at Min-Joon, studying his face for emotion.
-
CharLee NoviceMark took her hands in his, "You know," He stared at their hands, "Ever since we were kids, till this very moment...I played off all my confessions jokingly...cause I feared getting rejected and losing our friendship. Can't you think of this pathetic feelings as love?" His focus leaving her hands and facing her.
"I remember when you were 16, you told me that you don't feel bad crying in front of me or showing your bad sides, because you're comfortable with me."
"That, too--lets think of that as our love. Just come to me. You, your family--I'll take responsibility for them until I die. Do all the things you want to. I'll make it so you can."
He squeezed her hands, "Will you finally accept my feelings? I can't wait any longer...I need an answer now."
Min'joon heard all this from afar and his eyes were teary. And at that moment, everything freezes. Min-joon leaves.
[/i]There is a moment I wish I could stop forever. And even if I must do this to prevent it, there are words I don't want to hear[/i].
(There are A LOT of people passing by between the bench min-j sat across mark and wed) -

Wednesday's eyes filled with tears. "Mark I-" She squeezed his hands back. "I'd love to but... I can't." The tears fell. She felt awful. "I do love you. And nothing can break our bond but you know the..." She sniffed. "You know who I'm waiting for. All those years ago, Mark, he saved my life. I have to fall in love with him before I can move on. I'm so sorry Mark." Wednesday leaned forward and gave Mark a chaste kiss on the lips, her tears falling over his lips and hers.
-
Mark's chest fell, he felt like he was carrying something heavy on his chest. And it was killing him...it was killing him to find out that the one he loved with all his heart, life and soul. Doesn't love him the way he does. He shakily let go of her hands and and wiped his tears away.
He laughed weakly, showing his gummy smile, before stroking her tears away with his thumbs. He then looked up at the skies and then back at her, "Haha, its getting really dark Wednesday. You shouldn't make Min-joon wait.." -
Wednesday smiled. "You're right. I'm so sorry Marky." She kissed his cheek and stood up, dashing after Min-Joon. "Min?" She called, not able to see much as it was growing progressively darker.
-
Min-joon had gone. He didn't want to know what Wednesday's answer would be.
He was at the balcony at home, he crossed his arms and was staring at the billboard that had Wednesday's picture on it, deep in thoughts. -
"s---." Wednesday muttered. "MARKY HE F---ING LEFT DRIVE ME HOME!" She yelled in a jokey way.
-
Mark was about to enter his car, when Wednesday came yelling to him that Min-joon had left. "Oh..um, well hop in buttercup." He grinned.
-
Wednesday smiled at the pet name and hopped in beside Mark. "Hurry, please. I think I might pass out. Stressful day, y'know?" She lay back in the seat and relaxed. For some reason, a few tears slipped down her cheeks. She was extremely emotional
