Nightmare then sat on the ground,cross-legged as she closed her eyes"Have you ever tried meditation?Its a perfect way to relax and calm down...It cures any kind of fear,worryiness....Just have to clear your mind of all thoughts until your at ease...."She spoke softly,her hands resting on her knees.
