She laughed softly as they headed to to Zane's house. She was quiet on the way there, wondering about whether Adeline even knew she existed. They had talked a few times, and they had that one group project together. Adeline should atleast know Nikki's name, right? "Oh God Zane what if she doesn't know my name?" Nikki asked worriedly. It was completely random, it's not like Zane could read her thoughts. "Wait, umm," Nikki said with embarrassment, covering her face.

"I don't know what I'll wear for the party yet, maybe I'll just try and impress her! I think once she said her favorite color was chocolate brown or something super cute like that," Nikki paused as she sighed. "But then again she's cute all of the time.." Nikki said, zoning off and thinking about Adeline.

"Yass," Nikki said, following Zane outside. She got the keys and started to drive. "But anyway, Zane, I know you haven't said anything yet, but I know you and what you need right now, so I just wanna give you a quick pep talk." Nikki said. She honked a horn at some guy who tried to go in front of her. "Shouldn't have let me drive haha," Nikki said. "But anyway! Zane I just want you to know if that Joey says anything to hurt you, call me immediately and I will be there to comfort you. I know how these straight guys are, they will zip you down in an instant. You just remember that you're an amazing guy," Nikki said. "Hah, look at me, talking as if you've already been rejected. Trust me, he's gonna ask for your number and you two will go on cute little secret gay dates." Nikki said with a smile as she pulled up to her house. "You'll do fine on the drive back home?" She asked Zane, handing him the keys.

As the whole entire date-like thing went down, Nikki had to resist texting Zane until it was all over. In the meantime, she flopped on her bed and started texting a few of her friends about Zane's upcoming party. She paused when she saw Adeline's account. She's never texted her before. With a sigh, Nikki exited out and rolled off onto the floor. "Zack will tell her," Nikki said to herself.
