Xever came back to the beach to wait for Kiba. Cass stayed in the jungle behind Xever and thought he was just practicing. She then started to fix her hair.

Kiba soon arrived at their spot and smiled"Hi Xev."She hummed out.Nick was a good distance away and hid behind a rock, watching them silently.

Cass was about to exit the jungle when she saw Kiba and wondered who she was. Xever said "Hello Kiba. I have something for you." He took out the box he had and opened it. It had a stone ring split in two inside. He took one of the halves and gave it to Kiba.

Nick frowned in confusion when he saw the male give Kiba something.He wondered who this male was.Kiba smiled and took the ring and climbed onto a rock,using her tail to keep her steady."What's the ring for?"She asked.

Cass was surprised by the girl being a mermaid. She had never seen one before, but she was angry that Xever gave the ring to her.
"It's for couples. As a rite of passage for my people, 13-year-old boys climb up to the mountain and find a ring shaped stone. They must then bring it back and split it into two. Then they give one half to the person they intend to be their mate." Xever answered -
Nick then noticed that the male was a Naga and had a shock expression on his face.It soon was replaced by anger when the male had giving Kiba a ring.
Kiba smiled happily and then softly kissed him. -
Xever kissed back and said "There's more though. The rings are supposed to fuse together in a proper wedding ceremony, I don't know how we're gonna do that though."
Cass was so angry, she felt like screaming. She however slithered a good distance away before doing so. -
Kiba smiled and hummed"We'll find a way."
Nick hissed softly in anger and silently dived under water"So this is what you've been up to...."He growled out,his eyes turning pitch black in anger. -
Xever smiled and said "I hope so." He then started wrapping his tail around Kiba's.
Cass said "So, I'm not good enough for you? I'll show you, I'm gonna find a way to get rid of that fish-tailed hussy." -
Kiba hummed happily and started nuzzling him.
Nick growled"I'm gonna get rid of the snake freak if it's the last thing I do." -
(I think we should shift focus to Cass and Nick)
Cass slithered back to the village to find certain things to break up Xever and whoever the mermaid was. -
Okay.)
Nick quickly swam back to the Kingdom to find out a way to break up Kiba and the Naga."That snake is going down."He muttered. -
Cass got a dart blower, a rope trap, some fake snakes and a bucket.

Nick grabbed some rope and a dart blower before making his way back to the beach.

Cass then slithered back to the beach and started to ready her dart blower.
