The Phantoms are a group of people that are well know assassins and are the night protectors of defenseless citizens,who are always a target for bad guys.C1is the proud leader of the Phantoms and always know when someone is in trouble.C2,who has just recently moved into the town, didn't know that they've just moved into a town where they would be a new target for the baddies.
