I'm so srry I am on my phone right now and having an anxiety attack and breaking down and my parents told me to go to bed close my laptop and stopped slamming stuff I'll be on tommorow so sorry please help me guys I'm serious IFK how to talk to them))

((Sorry my parents blew up on me about punching hte wall((It id nothing)) and told me to shut my laptop and go to bed and eat dinner and I'm having an anxiety attacka dn scratching my arms and they think I'm just being an angsty teen so I'm and don't care and I don't know what to do but I have to go my moms gonna blow up on me again))
(((so sorry about my bulls--- but I had to tell somebody and my arms are red from scratching ))
(( I snuck on and don't know what my mom will say next my arms are red and i scratched hte dog scratches on them and it helped but I don't know what to do know I can't sleep without listening to music but they'll take away my laptop if they catch me .)) -
Look mac, go to sleep turn on some music and calm down it helps
