Appearance: cloud form: long white straight hair with bangs, she has white eyes and a pale skin. She has white feathered wings
Sea form: wavy short white hair and cyan colored eyes with a tanned sea sand skin color. With gills on each side of her neck.
Clothes: If you look up (Aqua Belle | AMAZEBALLS FASHION! | Pinterest | Belle, Birthdays) it should be the first picture
Powers:she can control water and communicate with the sea life creatures. She can control clouds and sit on them. She can make small areas rain or snow.
Personality: she is very Zen and calm but childish and reckless doesn't really think twice
Bio: Her perants decided to leave her at a young age due to irresponsible parenting. She lives on beaches or sleeps on clouds trying to get by eat day until she was taken in -

Powers:She can turn invisible by putting her hood on,or in general,she can fly(as they all can), she can move stars around,and use them to attack people,with the constellations,she knows all about the constellations , and she had super speed as well,she can control water and slight heat , but not well.
Personality:Kind,Mysterious,Adhd as hell,strange,weird,smart .
Bio: She lived in the woods,living on her own,until she wanted some adventure and went off to find it.Thats her short story -

Eclipse landed on the island and looked around, the guy that led her here had ran off but she didn't care, it was the middle of the day which mean't she was in sun form. She thought the guy was annoying from the moment she saw him and she made sure to scare him off, and now that she was alone she decided to explore and walked off in a random direction.
