Dixie got up and went over to Anna " I thought you were gonna come play some sports with us?"

"I don't play sports." Anna told her, wondering why she thought that she was going to play sports with them.

They all laughed. "Burn." Priya said and they laughed again.

" Oh mind if I join y'all. I thought you said you were coming with USB otherwise I would have stayed with you"
Jake came over to them " why did you leave me Dixie" he said pouting -
Soon, Jenna, Karen and Alyssa were hiccupping with laughter between verses. They'd finished the singdown a while ago, but everyone in the division was still on singing mode. Making up silly lyrics belting them out as the fire cracked. A couple of counsellors were writing down lyrics to the song the bunks were making up, planning to use them for Colour War.

Nixie saw Jake and Dixie talking to Anna and thought'Great!My first friends found a new friend' and she sat in the corner and began making a smore

Jake saw Nixie and went and sat by her " Sorry my sister is a blabber mouth"

She didn't make eye contact with hijm, and took a bite of her s'more , and smiled soft,yit reminding her of her family camping trips.she wiped a little chocolate off her lip,and pushed a little hair hbehind her ear as she looked at the sky

"Well I didn't say I was coming, but whatever, it doesn't really matter." said Anna.

" Sorry Anna I will hang out with you a lot more I didn't mean to leave you out and neither did my brother or Nixie"
Jake looked at her and said " Nixie you have some chocolate on you lip" he said and wiped it off with his finger -
"It's okay. Wanna come to the nature shack later?" Anna asked her.

Grace just rolled her eyes and continued singing. What was the point of making friends with someone or people who would never notice her?
Alex elbowed Anna, "You said you can sing right? Well sing!!" -
She turned tomatoe red and looked back at the sky,trying to find constellations,but she kept seeing his damn face,she just closed her eyes,nope that didn't work
