Taye- Okay. Well I mean I need to keep a flat stomach so I run a lot actually it would be 11 miles because I ran this ran too 😳😬

McKenna-*looks down sadly*I can barely run a mile,me nad my longs arse legs get tired

Taye- I have long legs so it actually makes it easy. A tip on run if you don't have correct form when you run it makes it hard and if you do pump your arms faster and you will go faster

McKenna-Thanks for the tips,I have a big yard,but with my tonsils out and s---s I can't really,my exercise this summer will be swiming
