He chuckled softly and they came to a log and he made the horse go faster as they jumped the log

She shrieked softly and buried her face into his neck

He came to an arena in the field where barrels were set up. "Hold on tight" he yelled and began to go as fast as the horse would barrel racing

She buried her face deeper into his neck and held onto his waist tightly .

He began to go around the barrels a second time when the horse stopped abruptly and he got thrown off but Katie stayed on. He hit a fence and rolled on his side.

Katie jumped off the horse and ran over to him and knealt down"You alright Val?"

He slowly got up clutching his side " Yeah" he grunted and got back on the horse still holding his side.

Katie tilted her head "You need to rest, your holding your side" she walked over next to him , but didn't get on

He used his powers and pulled her on the horse " Ill be alright let's just get back to the house" he said and made the horse start walking wincing with every step

She sighed softly and rubbed his shoulder"WHen we get there your laying down" she said softly

He clutched his side blood seeping through his shirt. He grunted in reply. He got to the house and slid Katie off using husband powers and him too. He staggered into the house bumping into Hope.
Hope saw Val's looks of pain and carried him with her powers to the leather couch set. She layed him down in took off his shirt showing his abs. She looked at his side very concerned. -
(Im just sitting her trying to figure out to to bring haseo back in)

Katie walked in and her eyes widened at 2 things.
1:Blood, on Val.
2:Abs , on Val.
She raced over and knealt by him -
