Walter sighed before walking to get Jenna. "What took you so long?" Jenna asked. "I was thinking..." Walter told her as they walked to class. "About what?" Jenna asked. "Spring is the time for new beginnings. I think we should both go to the dance." He told her as they entered class.

Marie listened to the kids conversations smiling a bit at some jokes they made about the teachers and the dance. She laid her head down staring at her desk thinking about the dance as well

"Why?" Jenna asked nervously. "Because having a disorder shouldn't stop you from living your life!" Walter told her. "At lunch, we will find you a date to the dance!" Walter decided as they entered the class. "But I have plains..." Jenna lied. "We both know that's a lie." Walter told her.

After a few minutes passed the bell rang everyone coming into the door and others rushing to a desk as the teacher came in like always and started yelling because she had a bad day

After class Jenna and Walter walked to the cafe. "Zoey! Guess what! Jenna's going!" Walter cheered. "To the dance? Great!" Zoey cheered. She and Jenna left to look for dates to the dance.

Marie got to the cafeteria she followed the people already in the line for food. She glanced at the table her friends sat at bit hearing what they said because it was to loud in the cafeteria, she finished getting her lunch passing there table waving with a small smile like always to the doors headed outside

Walter was glad he wouldn't have to talk to Marie. He was waiting for tonight. Soon it was time to go home. He quickly ran early to the forest and watched the sun set. He turned into a wolf as he sat in the nest and waited.

Marie stretched already in her wolf form shaking off some dirt, heading towards the nest after. She came around the firefly path always in awe at the brightness they make then see the wolf in the nest as always

"I think I'm ready to reveal who I really am." Walter told Marie, leaping down from the nest. "I did lie because I wanted to protect my secret. I do go to your school." He told her, walking close to her. He looked into her eyes as he talked to her. His heart was beating quickly. If he was human he would have gone pale and blushed. "I will reveal who I am at the spring dance. If... You'll go with me?" Walter asked her.

Marie looked at him a bit shocked " yes I'll go"

Walter smiled as he leaped back into the nest. "Great!" He cheered, flicking his tail. He leaped back into the grass, causing a swarm of fireflies to swirl up around them!

Marie ducked down a bit startled at the fireflies then stood up looking at them fly around, smiling she sat down

Walter smiled and yawned. He fell asleep and dreampt of dancing with Marie at the dance. He woke up the next morning before Marie. They had that day off of school to prepare for the dance that night. So he went home to get ready.

Marie woke up later she looked at the sky seeing it was almost noon ,quickly getting up rushing to the house before her grandparents woke up, they usually slept in on school days

Walter picked out a dark blue dress shirt and grey dress pants. He had a shower and dryer his hair.
Jenna wasn't used to this. She felt really excited and nervous to go to the dance. Especially since she was going with her crush... She got into a yellow strapless dress with a knee length skirt and walked over to Zoeys to get her makeup done. Zoey wore a red dress with a puffy skirt.
