Marie laid down while laughing at the joke. She but her head on her paws and looked up at him. " so What's your name? If you don't mind me asking" -
"Call me Wolf." He told her, walking down the fireflypath.

Marie rolled her eyes " Ok then," she smiled slightly disappointed " your never going to say your name are you?" Tilting her head

"That depends. What's your name?" Walter asked, raising his eyebrow.

Marie thought about it fit a second, then finally answered " Marie.." she regretted saying it but maybe if she told him her name he'd say his.

Walter blinked. Wouldn't it be fair to say his name? But what if she told someone... He barely knew Marie. But Marie knew his friends... "My names Larry." He lied, knowing there was no one named Larry at their school. "I'm home schooled." He lied, climbing into his nest.

"Oh,okay." She sighed a bit rolling on her back ,getting dirt in her fur. She pauses and sits up" wait I thought you said you went to public school"

"No I didn't." Walter replied. 'Did I?' He thought.

Marie nodded slowly looking at him" Yes , you did"

Walter pretended not to hear her as he went to sleep. He wondered if he was being rude. But hoped she would understand.

Marie shrugged it off and fell asleep to to tired from earlier.
( Btw I may post in here if I answer you to quickly If that's okay with you) -

The next morning, Walter realized he slept in. It was a Saturday, but what if Marie saw him!?! He saw she was still sleeping and snuck out of the forest. -
Marie woke up a couple hours after Walter did. She looked up looking around seeing the wolf/ human wasn't there. Brushing the dirt of herself , she walked home quickly thinking of excuses she could say for not coming home last night

Walter tapped a pencil and thought to himself. He sighed, as he thought about Marie... She was pretty, kind, a little rude in an odd way... but she made him feel something... Something in her eyes... Something in his brain... He shook the thoughts out of his head and decided to do his homework.
