Ever wonder what happens when we die? C1 knows. When C1 was five years old she died saving a bird and was reborn as a Decimal. Decimals are fairy like creatures that control the balance of life and death. If it weren't for them, there would be no life. When C1 becomes a teenager she starts a job at Soulastic. The company that manages reincarnation.
When C2, a kind teenager dies, C1 has to toss his soul away. Instead, she revives him and the Queen is not happy with this. So they're on the run. While on the run they learn more about eachother. Will they be able to fix the situation C2 is in? Or will they be on the run forever? Either way, feelings begin to grow as the two learn more about eachother. -
