"O course we csn dance!" Alethea stated Standinf up.

"If you don't want to you don't have to." Hunter told her when he noticed her stiff up. was it because I kissed her? he wondered, feeling stupid.

"No I want to d ance" Alethea said Doing a little curtsy

"Okay." Hunter smiled. He put one hand around her back and held her hand with the other. He remembered his lessons as he danced with her. He smiled as he danced with her and looked in her eyes.

Alethea danced with him gracefully. She looked into his eyes. His eyes were like deep holes that you could fall into (And me tortured by a cat (JK) And never get out of.

Hunter smiled, following the steps. One, two, thee, four. Step forward, step forward, step back, spin Thea. Two steps forward, one step back, spin. Simple enough. He was careful and smiled at her grace. "You're so beautiful." He whispered into her ear. -
Alethea smiled. She and Lexi were more beautiful than most humans . Well because they were goddesses. But how come Hunter didnt fall fi Lexi either? What if she didnt have a boyfriend. Woukd he like her? "Thanks" Alethea said.

Lexi saw Thea dancing with someone. With his suit and no glasses, she couldn't recognize Hunter. After dancing with Joe, she walked over and smiled, wondering who Thea was dancing with. -
Alethea sped teleported to the food conter behind them. "Oh Hi Lexi!" She said pretending she didnt see Hunter.

"Weren't you just dancing with someone?" Lexi asked, looking confused.
Hunter closed his eyes to see if he could dance with them closed. But he felt Thea pull away and opened them. She must have disappeared into the crowd, because he couldn't see her. What did I do? He wondered as he sat down. -
"What no! I have been over here eating snacks all night!" Aletgea said as her sister walked away. "Sorry Hunter it was Lexi" She said as they continued to dance.
An hour later...
"Can we take a walk in the garden? I go here everynight". Alethea lied -
"The school garden? Okay..." Hunter replied, walking out the side doors with Thea. The garden had a walkway with rose bushes and lilac trees along the fields. Fireflies flew around and glowed under the stars.

Alethea ran outside and tried to catch the butterflies and fireflies. She failed. She ran th rough the garden.

Hunter laughed softly, sitting on a bench at the end of the field. Maybe Thea only liked him as a friend and she thought coming here with him was just for friendship? Perhaps... That would explain why she seemed uncomfortable when he kissed her on the forehead. Although, that was probably done too soon... But it's not like he actually kissed her or anything. Did that make sense? He decided to stop wondering as he watched Thea.
