brightfire NewbieLou sighed and immediately walked downstairs to the basement, which was neat but cold and damp. She muttered something, tugged on a sweater she found neatly made on her bed, and flopped on it. Soon she found a note from star:
Please nail these signs up.
Lou sighed, grabbed the signs, and walked to the forest, nailing everything up. -
Drake unpacked his bags as his sister walked off. He didn't question it as he spread green glitter all over his side of he room. "I'm gonna drown in it!" He said happily before jumping on the pile and making it spread all over to his sister's side, too. "Ooh Lou's gonna be mad," Star said from the door.

brightfire NewbieLou was currently tacking uyp signs when she tripped over sometjhoing and twisted her ankle. "AIIIE!" She screeched as she inspected her ankle and swore before notoicing a handle in the ground. She tugged it open and dusted off the black book inside. After testing her ankle and whimpering, she dragged herself back home. "Done." She mumbled.

Star nodded when Lou walked inside. "Here," she said, handing her a five dollar bill. "Go get yourself something nice. I wouldn't have ever put those up if I was by myself," Star said before walking to the shop section of the homeand started setting up. "Don't be mad" Drake said when Lou walked inside the room full of green glitter.

Drake continued to unpack, pulling out ginormous pillows and stickers. People probably wondered how he fit all of that stuff into a few very small bags. After he made his bed (which still had glitter on even after a good pat down) he jumped on it and got in his sister's face. "Whatcha reading?" He asked. -

Lou shrieked and his the book behind her back. It was black with a leather bookmark decorated with beads and feathers. "NOTHING!" -
"Grab!" Drake said as he snatched the book from Lou. It was leather bound and he looked at the front covered interestedly. "Oooooh," he said at the white wing painted on the cover.

lou hissed and snatched it back before reluctantly showing him the journal entry. she flipped through it and soon became obsessed. she ran out and bought some chocolate with the money (more like she stole a bunch) and bought some soda before returning.
*cue the drake upsession montage*

Drake and Lou were talking about the mysterious book when there was a ringing on the doorbell. "Time to spill the beans," Drake said, knocking over a can of beans. "This guy's got a date," he said to Lou. -

lou blinked. "YOU. YOU, of all preteen boys, got a date?" she looked shocked but tucked the book in a pocket in her scarf and sat, trying to look chill.

"Yes!" Drake said as he opened the door. A dark emo girl stood there, her hair falling over her shoulders and a hoodie over her head. "I'm Normal. Man!" She said in a way to high voice. Drake laughed, "She means Normalia." He said. She had a reddish stain on her cheek. -
"uh, are you bleeding?" lou pointed out as she iced her ankle. she wasn't sure what to think of her brothers date. "so, uh, where did you guys meet?"

"It's jam," Normalia said awkwardly,in that overly high voice of hers. "I love jam!" Drake said, "We have so much in common. Are you seeing this? Look at this connection," He said, motioning with his hands. "We met when I came off the bus."
*flashes back montage*
Drake gave the dark girl a note he quickly wrote.
