Special attack: gaster blasters everywhere/left eye glows blue like on fire
Pokemon special attack: skull shoots out a blue plasma been/right eye glows same blue as sans left eye -

Species: Human (I think)
Pokeballs: Master balls

BTW way you can come up with a Pokemon special attack and charas only attack is to slash with her knife
