remix turned. "Seriously, braden?" she said in her regular voice, tinted with deep annoyance. "we're doing our job. go patrol another alley or something." -
Dirge snickered in amusement and lifted a foot, the metallic claws that covered his talons glinting in the light "you know it's a bad idea to attack someone like myself in the dark, Braden. You might get hurt.
