Power: Stellar Manipulation, he can create small stars as projectiles, but he his aiming is that good and is immune to fire and UV radiation but not to his own attacks, so if they're reflected back he'll get hurt.
Looks: short, a little chubby, white skin, brown hair, blue eyes
Clothes: T-shirt with stars all over it, star pattern bluish-black sweatpants, blue boots, star pattern scarf

Well it's technically supposed to be Outertale Sans mixed with Underswap Sans for his clothes and personality, but that's about it. I couldn't decide between sound or stellar manipulation so I went with stellar.

I understood that but I didn't understand his powers. He can shoot stars? Do you mean he can create balls of lights? It's an alright power given his age it just seems to be very dangerous as well.

Yes, and I understand it's dangerous, but he doesn't use it that often, he still needs more training.

Gender : Female
Power: Blood manipulation.
But it has to be her blood, she can harden it to make weapons and such or really do whatever if she can think of it. She is very skillful in using her power although she is poor at judging how much blood she can use without exerting her self/ causing harm or damage to her body/ blood loss symptoms and such.
Although she has a small way to get around some of it it's not very effective. She can't manipulate the blood once it's left her hold meaning hit the floor, wall, somebody, something ect. She has gotten in the habit of once she's done using her powers hardening the left over blood around her body like a protector instead of letting it drop, cutting down on loss of blood for next time although not by much.
