Pheonix looked out the window

"The school day ends in 15 minutes so I would be expecting a large crowd to head back to their apartments..." Erin said.

Phoenix blinked and looked at him

"Just letting you know..." Erin said

She shrugged and looked back out the window

" um... Phoenix do you ever think that you are only half of the person you were meant to be?" Erin looked up at Phoenix," I'm not trying to get all emotionally and sappy on you but, have you ever felt like you are two different people?"

Phoenix hummed softly and then she nodded"yeah, lots of times.

" how so?" Erin asked sitting straight up in his seat.

Pheonix sighed softly" when I was still at the lab, I always felt like I was two people. The soulless monster the scientists wanted me to be, an the lonely child I really was. And even though it's been a year since I left that place, i still feel that way.

" well the damn school is supposed to keep you too different people and it always gets me when I least expect it..." erin said with a friend.

Phoenix smiled faintly"at least we aren't alone

"Yeah if it wasn't for chains I would be a wreck only because before all of this I had a really hard time at being normal so I always try to laugh it off hoping the pain will go away...you know?" Erin spoke softly and leaned forward.
