Sam hears her voice as he skids to a stop.
"Ugh." He groans as he throws his body against the door repeatedly. "Come on." He mumbles as he hears the Red Queen screams of anger coming near.
He throws his body at the door as he falls to the floor on the other side.
He stands quickly as he looks at Fern, as tears begin to fall.
"No." he screams as he grabs her hugging her tightly.
"You can't leave no I love you to much." He mumbles without thinking as he kisses her forehead letting it linger.
"I..I thought I lost you." He says his body visibly shaking. -
Fern blushed and hugged back tightly, "I won't leave you... I promise." She kissed him gently, arms around his neck gently as she held herself to him. She never wanted the kiss to end.

Sam kisses her back gently as he then pulls away quickly.
"We have to go no." He says quickly as he grabs her hand tightly as he begins leading the way.
"Get them." The queen screams as her Guards who are cards chase after them. -
Fern gasps and runs after him before leading the way herself, somehow recalling the way to the exit. "The light! We need to get to the light!" She yelled, pulling him toward it. It would bring them back to the real world, where they'd be safe from this nonsense... but she may lose Sam.... she felt tears in her eyes.

Sam nods as he grips her hand. "If we get separated I'll find you I promise." He states softly as he gives her a warm smile but tears could be seen.
They run towards the light, as everything seemed to go in slow motion. His body felt stiff as he began to feel sleepy. His grip stayed on Ferns hand as he looked at her with hazy eyes, before his mind went blank.
(You can choose if you want them to be separated or together.) -
Fern felt tears cascade down her cheeks before shooting up in the hospital bed, crying out, "Sam!" She looked around, confused before tearing out her IV and running through the halls, looking for his room. He had to be real... she couldn't have imagined all of it! She choked back sobs, shoving past nurses who attempted to stop her.
(Hm... I seriously want them to, but there's no drama...) -

Sam eyes flutter open as he breaths deeply. He blinks rapidly as he looks around taking in his surroundings. He was in a hospital, was he hurt? He thinks feeling strange as he sits up slowly feeling a little dizzy.
What happened, he questions out loud looking around his smalll room for clues. -

Fern froze upon seeing a familiar figure sitting in bed. She felt tears of relief form in her eyes. "Oh thank God, Sam!" She ran in, throwing her arms around him tightly, having been panicking for a while. -
Sam blinks a little as he slowly wraps his arms around the girl.
"Uh who are you?" He questions as he pulls away giving her a shy smile. His eyes were back to there puppy dog brown but there was confusion in his eyes.
He sits back a little as he sighs softly looking at the girl with a guarded expression. -
Fern went wide eyed and felt tears in her eyes as she pulled away, stumbling back. "I'm.... I'm Fern..." Her lip quivered as she hit her knees, staring down at her lap. Was it all a dream....? She sobbed into her hands, curled up tightly.

"F..Fern that's a unique name." He says softly as he lifts her chin up gently.
"You okay...Fern." He says softly giving her a Shy smile.
"If you want you can stay here for a bit." He says slowly as he sniffles a little. -
Fern shook her head and stood, her head low as she returned to her room, becoming unresponsive to anyone, simply mumbling Sam's name repeatedly as she curled up in the bed, crying silently. It felt like a cruel joke the world was playing on her...

Sam looks as the girl goes but doesn't say anything. He rolls over on his side as his eyes flutter closed. His head was killing him, he thought sleep would help take it away.
But for some reason his mind kept running back to the girl, she just looked so sad when she left but he didn't know why. -
Fern choked back sobs before calling a nurse, claiming she wanted to leave as soon as she could. Instead, the nurse slipped her some morphine and she fell into a peaceful sleep and right back to wonderland. But this time she was watching Hatter and the Queen, it was terrible! She wanted to awaken, needing to leave the place of such horrid memories.

Sam was made to walk the halls, the doctor said he needed to get his strength back.
He held his Iv pole as he wheeled it down along side him. He sighs softly as he yawns.
His head still hurt and he kept smelling tea. He rubs his nose a little. Maybe he was going crazy because there was no tea in this hospital, he asked and checked himself.
