"Yeah..." Fern mumbled absently as she stared ahead. Maybe home wasn't such a bad idea after all... the thought brought tears to her eyes and she sniffled slightly, rubbing her face on her arm.

Sam ruffles his hair a little making sure all the bubble gum bits were out. "You sure your okay?" He asks as he glances at her softly. She seemed a bit off maybe she was tired.
He looks around a little as his eyes widen.
"Were standing dead smack in front of a castle and no guards have come to get us." He says some what in disbelief. -
Fern sighed, "I'm fine, Sam." She muttered before beginning to walk toward the entrance of the castle. "We should head inside. Maybe someone can help us." Honestly, she wasn't fine. She hurt like hell and felt like sobbing.

He could tell by her tone of voice she wasn't but he wasn't going to press any harder. He followed behind her quietly keeping some distance between them. His mind began to wander back to the real world, he began to think about his crummy job and his messed up childhood. He sighs softly to himself as he shakes his head a little. He was becoming stressed out once again and all he was Doing was thinking.

There was a sudden laugh as a cage encircled Fern, "So you're back Alice?" The voice boomed as a queen entered with a smirk. Fern felt the tears fill her eyes, "What're you talking about?!" She yelled, attempting to lift the cage, but the queen was already focused on something else. "Hatter, how kind of you to bring her to me!"

Sam skids to a stop as he takes in the situation. "I didn't bring her to you, w..who are you?" He questions running towards the cage as he tries to open it.
"Let her out please let's just talk about this yeah?" -
The queen sneered, "No! Leave Hatter! Leave now!" Fern hit her knees and held her head, being to hyperventilate. What was going on? She began getting dizzy and gripped the bars tightly, vision fading. "S-Sam..." she whimpered weakly before falling unconscious from lack of air.

Sam grabs his hair in frustration. "You stop this you stop this right now." He says banging on the crate angrily as his face begins to crumble.
"Please take me instead don't do this to her, why please just stop." He begs bowing down to her as he was nearly in tears.
"I'll do anything please just let her go." -
The queen scoffed, "Hatter, don't you remember what Alice did years ago? Get off your knees and exit my palace before I force you to."

"No I don't remember okay." He says in a level headed voice as he looks up at her tears threatening to fall.
He some what growls as he runs towards her using all his strength as he throws his body in to her.
He falls to the ground as he is knocked in the head with her cane/staff repeatedly.
He soon looses conscious blood leaking from his head. -
Fern awoke in the dungeon, groaning as she sat up. She glanced around, alarmed. "S-Sam...?" She croaked fearfully. Had he left her for dead?

Sam jolts up as he looks around widely.
"Were did you take her." He whispers as hisneeus adjust to the bright light in the room. His body was strapped to the ceiling, as he looked down at the so called Red Queen. She laughs as she takes a seat in her chair as she eats a piece of chocolate.
"She's dead." Her voice was filled with humor as she says those words.
Sam's stomach flips flops as he shakes his head widely.
"No your lying." He says much like a child.
"Look for yourself." Soon a video begins to play showing an emotionless Fern on the ground.
Sam begins to cry as sobs leave his mouth.
"No!" He screams struggling against his the bars that hold him.
His body was shaking heavily as tears continued to fall. He couldn't believe she was dead, he was suppose to protect her.
(He thinks she's dead because the Red queen shows him a short clip of her sleeping/unconscious.) -
Fern frowned and attempted to pull the chain off her leg. "Sam!" She screamed, tears streaming down her cheeks. She needed to get to him. She needed him!

Sam cries as he screams in anger and sadness. He falls to the floor as he lands on his hands and knees. She had released him, now was his chance.
Sam wasn't thinking clearly as he charged at Her once again, this time aiming towards her big head.
"Why must you be so cruel." He yells as he kicks her.
Maybe those years or karate would finally pay off, as he watches her blink in confusion for a moment as her lips quiver.
"How dare you." She snarls as she screams for her guards. "I try to be nice and this is how you repay me?" She says rising clearly angered.
Sam growls as he runs out of the room, tears steady falling.
"Fern!" He screams desperately his voice cracking due to his tears. -
Fern looked up as she heard her name. "Sam! I'm in here!" She screamed, standing up sharply. "Help me, please!"
