Damn. I'm late. Well, hold on. I'll think of a few plots and post them.

I could think of a plot if you're having some troubles.

I just made a random plot. Do mind the grammatical errors.
1. The Human Mind
In this world, everyone is made full of imperfections. Everyone is so dull. Normal. Boring. It's always the same. You live. You eat. You sleep. You reproduce. You die. Nothing changes. Death is always there. It always comes.
A new group called Environment, has changed that. They have created something new. Something beyond normal. They have learned how to mutate DNA and make different things. They spend time testing animals, until they decide to try on humans.
Everything starts out great. You can allow yourself to be a test subject, but they get to choose what you get. You can get any mutation. Wings, Powers, Scales, Odd eye color, and anything around that. It's a new world to decide perfection.
One Day, They decide to give a group of mother's growing infants mutations. The company would not be able to decide the mutation. It would be completely random.
This starts war. The mutation gets out of hand, when the Infants become teenagers and that scares people. The mutation is random. You don't know if you have it, until you turn 14. The world blocks themselves off from the mutated. The mutated are pulled into an abandon city. The norms build 25 feet brick walls around it. If a Mutated Child gets in the Norm's city, they get brutally burned alive (Like, a very scary witch trial). Norms stay away from them. Mutts stay away from Norms. This is how it is for years.
C1 and C2 use to be best friends. C1 hung around C2 every single day. They grew up together. C1 and C2 never stayed apart. They loved each other. C1 had always been very scared of the Mutts. C2 never really feared them.
One day, C1 goes to visit C2 and C2's house is burnt to the ground. This means one thing. C2 has the mutation and will never ever be allowed to see C1 again.
Years later, C1 becomes an A.M.I. Meaning, Anti-Mutt investigator. He goes over to the Mutt side and does his job. His job is different each day. He usually does things like deliver packages, Guard, Make sure no Norms are there, sometimes kill mutts, clean, and stuff like that. His boss gives him a paper and he does whatever is on it. One day, his assignment is to kill test subject 456,731,679.
C2 is test subject 456,731,679. He lives his days lonely with his best friend, who is a mutt. The day the boys reunite is dreadful. How would you feel to have to kill your best friend?
Will C1 be able to Kill C2? C1 hasn't decided. Instead, he sneaks C2 back to the norms and hides him. Sometimes, C2 sneaks C1 back over to hang with the mutts. However, How long will it take before the A.M.I starts hunting C1 down for not doing his job?

Sexuality: Although he says he's straight, he actually likes the idea of living with another man rather than a women. He feels like they're harpies. They'll just nag all the time.
Hobby/Hobbies: Joey, while against alcohol, is addicted to smoking. Other than regularly lighting up a smoke, he likes to preform cool tricks with his gun.
Figure: Well built. He's 5'7".
Personality: Joey is a smug little b------. He acts very full of himself and like he knows everything, taking great lengths to get under your skin or just tease you. But what people don't realize is that under all that teasing and cocky behavior lies a very sensitive man who just wants someone to love him. He longs for a partner to hug, kiss, and get comfort from.
Advantages: Combat training and quick reflexes with small weapons.
Disadvantages: Over confident and rushes things.
