C1 and C2 seem almost normal if you take away the fact that C2 is rarely in school because of "Medical leave".
C1 is the grandson of the mafia boss and is quickly being thrown towards the top to take their grandfathers place. They don't openly broadcast that their in the mafia or high up because they don't want to be.
C2 is a freelance assassin, code red assassin, who is quite infamous , C2 and their parents have a habit of disappearing for day or months on jobs in and out of the country and she gets dismissed off on doctors notes. Their parents have also recently died on a job.
C2 gets a job from an anonymous person for an assassination request for C1. Utterly surprised they quickly learn who C1 is and they get more excited for the kill. They quickly start planning and when it comes time they mess up. Royally. And get caught by C1 and some other people. C1 gets caught between a rock and a hard place, they could either kill C2 or force them to work with them and they pick option two. C1 hires C2 to work for them, C2 ends up as more of a body guard for C1 and starts hanging around them.
And romance and all that other s---, to be honest I'm watching Dexter right now and this is all I can manage. -
Ooooh I like it. Howeverit's not the kind of thing I can stick with for long.
I think I'd be able to do C2 as long as magic was involved and rather than being a body gaurd the powerful Assain was reduced to a ' maid' also the gay .
I feel like an ass for these suggestions so infyiunwant to do it the way you've written it I'm good with that : P -

Personality: Ai has always been shy and mute at school. However when he has his weapons and is masked he's strong, sassy and doenst let anyone stand in his way. He's Secretley afraid of so many things however. It's very easy to make Ai flustered. Ai enjoys cooking and just generally being artistic.
Weapon : While he did carry a tanto blade he favoured poison and projectile weapons. He did fight with a pair of twin shinobi fans. -
