What's your name?
This is usually a polite thing to ask someone when wanting to get to know someone you just met, but in this era the simple question of wanting to know someones name is a rather dreadful question. The simple three word question of what's your name? is asked so casually, but holds pounds of fear.
Why, you may ask?
Because when you are born, there are two names and a birth date, scarred onto your skin, one on each wrist, with no physical harm done to you. This is a name of a person, along with their birth date.
The names on your wrists are the person you will fall in love with, or your soulmate, and the person who will become your worst enemy. Because of this, it is common courtesy to have both wrists covered at all times; with long sleeves, bracelets, anything.
So, perhaps now you can see why the question What is your name? brings so much fear and anxiety. You could be meeting your soulmate, or your worst enemy; but you wouldn't know which.
But this is just a small problem considering what is occurring currently throughout the world.
It would almost seem as if the Third World War has broken out, pushing the entire world into chaos once again; but it's not the Third World War.
It might as well be the end of the world.
Russia, the largest country on earth, has fallen back into is communistic values, and has started pushing its way into other countries. Because of Russia, many countries that once existed have been swallowed.
China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia... countless others... They no longer exist as separate countries.
Most of Europe is being bound together by a small thread, and at any moment the countries can be swallowed by the super force Russia has become.
C1 is a teenager living with their family in a country yet to be taken over by Russian forces. Though their country is doing their best to fight against Russia, their forces are weakened, and Russia breaks through the boarders and hits C1's city.
C2 is also a teenager, but is apart of the Russian army against their will. Trained to kill, C2 is forced to fight and take over C1's home town. They are to kill anyone who fights back, but C2 doesn't want to kill. They don't want to be apart of Russia's big master plan.
Running blindly through the city, trying to find their family, C1 runs into C2. C2 has their gun drawn, and C1 is sure that they're going to get shot, but instead C2 has a different plan.
C2 lowers their gun and walks up to C1, telling them to forget their name, forget who they are, who their family is, and to forget everything. To come up with a new name, a new story. C2 then explains to C1 that they're wanting to get out of the army, and try and escape to America, so far the only country who has been able to successfully fight back against Russian forces.
Realizing they've got nothing to lose, C1 escapes with C2 as they make their journey to America, with Russian soldiers hot on their tails.
But, C1 and C2 are special. Different from most others. On both of their wrists lies the same name and birth date. This means that the person who is their soulmate is also their greatest enemy. Little do they know, is that on both of C1's wrists lies C2's name, and on both C2's wrists lies C1's name...
but because C2 had themself, along with C1 create different names for each other, this information is kept secret.

Important things to know:
Feel free to add more to the Character Sheet if you see fit ^~^
Rules
1: You have to be willing to write at least a paragraph long; about 5 or more good length sentences.
2: I'm going to be picky about who I'm soaping with. You have to use detail, don't just half ass it.
3: For the love of god, no Mary-Sues, Victim-Sues, etc. Those piss me off.
4: Mostly, this is just common sense. If we're doing something dramatic with the plot line, let's talk it out first so we both know what we're doing with the soap, that way everything's not a train wreck.
5: I won't be on much during the day, but I'll try to get on at night. Don't be alarmed if I miss a day, but I'm actually on a lot more than I seem.
6: Vise versa; I don't expect you to be on 24/7, but I would like it if you were pretty active. I don't want to be waiting for responses weeks at a time, constantly.
7: Grammar is a MUST. Oh my god. I totally understand the simple mess ups, we all make it, but when it's constant text talk, or made where it's totally unreadable... wtf bruh
Seriously, most of this is just common sense.
I'm sorry if this long ass post scared you away, but I like to be thorough with my soaps ^~^' Let me know if you would like MxF or FxF for romance!
Also, I'd greatly prefer to be C2, but I could totally take C1 as well. ^~^ -
