Abia gulped down the food and stayed after. She looked for her friend Gwyneth.
-
Skotadi looked at the sky as he walked
-
Gwyneth was sitting with there Hermes kids. She belonged there. "Hey," Abia greeted her.
"Hi Abia." Gwyneth said. "You seen Jared?"
Jared was Gwyneth's step brother. Gwyneth's family had a tendency for attracting the gods. Gwyneth had four siblings. Jared was a son of Athena, who had landed on Gwyneth's mother's and step father's doorstep in a golden cradle. Gwyneth had been only two, with another brother and sister, Bartho, son of Hades, and Balka, daughter of Zeus. Gwenyth's other sister, Adila, was only a baby, an daughter of Hades, blessed by Thanatos-weird-who summoned gold whenever she cried.
"No, I haven's seen Jared," Abia said. -
Skotadi sat by a tree
-
"Okay. I was wondering," Gwyneth said. "I'm going to my cabin." said Abia. She walked up the hill to the cabin, where her stuff awaited her. It was only essential stuff- a sleeping bag, a laptop, a sword, armor and a shrinking magical tent, inside a backpack. But it was all she had. It had served her well on the way here, and it would serve her well, well, whenever she got a quest.
-
Skotadi closed his eyes and slowly dozed off
-
Abia curled up and went to sleep. This normal life..it was boring.
-
Skotadi woke up an hour later and he looked around
-
Abia woke in the middle of the night. It was storming. She was confused, because when she'd gone to sleep, it was perfect weather. Sunny and warm. Now..a cold thunderstorm. With hail and all.
-
Skotadi noticed the stormed and he blinked in surprise before he got up
-
Abia shivered, and pulled her unzipped sleeping bag around her before she stepped into the storm. Something was weird about it. She turned back and got back into bed. The storm stopped. Suddenly. The sun came out. Suddenly. [i] What the heck..
-
Skotadi blinked and walked outside with a frown
-
Abia blinked. IT WAS NIGHT..or so she thought. She checked her watch. No, it was seven in the morning. Maybe the storm made it dark. But nobody else was awake...until Jared appeared. "Hey Abia," he said. "You know anything about the weather?" then he turned. "Oh! Skotadi.." he rushed off.
"Weird," she said to herself. -
Skotadi picked up one of the hail stones, frowning
-
Abia glanced at the sun. It hadn't been there, just moments ago.
