Kasey looked at him, moving so she was leaning on her elbows and looking to where her friends gaze was. She then turned to look at it. "Well.. What was it about?" She asked softly, looking at him. She took on a slightly more serious look. "If you really think strange of it, maybe you should tell Russel or Mayor Bo." The young girl folded her legs over one another and turned her gaze toward her friend. She turned to her side so her body was facing him. "And if it's bad enough, maybe you could tell the princess." She said, sighing gently and staring at her friend.

Link tried, but failed to remember everything that happened. "I cannot remember most of it, but I do remember I was in battle, and there was a name that was spoken. 'Regares Sangreed' I believe it was." Link turned to face Kasey. "The way the name was spoken in the dream sounded like bad news to me. If it was a prophetic dream, then it would mean that Hyrule may be in danger once more." Link's thoughts turned to his old enemy, Ganondorf Dragmire. How he must be laughing at him in the afterlife, knowing that the peaceful times would never truly linger. "Definitely Zelda, and first. She needs to know so she can prepare the soldiers." With that, Link brought the horse call out of his item pouch, and played Epona's song with it. "I'll have to prepare as well. I would say it is time that I wear it again.." Link looked up to his house, and his thoughts were on his green Hero's clothing.
-
Kasey felt herself smiled slightly. "So... you're leaving again..." She said with a soft sigh, watching as Epona ran over. Kasey stood carefully and gently pet the horse, smiling. After a moment of silence she turned to him, taking his hand and grinning before setting a small charm into his hand. "Ilia and I made it a few days ago. Figured you might want something of home." She grinned. "I can go check around Hyrule Field. See what's going on around there." Kasey smiled widely. "Be sure to say farewell to everyone, or they'll all get mad at you." She chuckled.
-
"Such is the life of the hero. Never a dull moment." He said, chuckling. Then, a short silence came, and he was reminded of the first time he had left, until Kasey took hold of his hand and set something in it. He looked at her, and then the charm. "Thank you. That's very thoughtful of you two." He smiled and hugged her, charm in hand still. After a minute or two, he let go and put it in his pocket, then unstrapped his weapons off his back and handed them to her. "You'll be needing these, I assume."
-
Kasey blinked and quickly shook her head. "N-No I can't! They're yours..." She said, looking at said weapons. "You need those, a hero needs his sword and sheild and his gear-" She rambled, stuttering slightly for a few moments, breathing in deeply, pulling her hat down slightly and biting her lip slightly before looking down at her so called 'shoes'. They were just wrapped in white cloth, which were pretty dirty by now.
-
"Well, if you are going to be accompanying me, you'll need to be able to defend yourself." Link hinted, hoping Kasey would get what he meant. "And besides, I still have the Hylian Shield, and I'm making a stop at the Sacred Grove." After he finished speaking, the Triforce of Courage began to glow on the back of his left hand. "I'm going to claim the Master Sword again."

"Princess, are you all right?! You're very pale!" One of the soldiers proclaimed. Said princess was currently trying to ease her headache, but could not find release. Just then, a loud explosion rocked the first floor of the castle, causing Zelda to fall and hit her head off the floor, rendering her unconscious. Some of the soldiers went to her aid immediately, but then mysteriously fainted. A tall man dressed all in black stood over the unconscious princess, looking down with mock pity. "Looks like you've had quite the day, no? Well, I'm here to release you from the pain, your highness..." He grinned malevolently, crimson eyes eyeing the Triforce of Wisdom on the back of her right hand. He took hold of her hand and everything went dark. -
Kasey breathed in deeply, sighing and hesitantly taking the two weapons and securing them onto her person. She smiled slightly, looking at Link's hand. "...I can tell you're excited." She laughed gently. "Even if you haven't yet started, I can see the adrenaline." She smiled, grinning. "Come on, get a move on so we can go!" She said, pushing him slightlty. "We gotta hurry!"
-
"All right! All right!" Link said, laughing lightheartedly. He made his way up the ladder, then into the house. Stripping into his undergarments, he then began to put on the components of the hero's clothes. The pants, the undershirt, the chain link armor over the shirt, the green tunic itself, the boots, and finally, the hat. He then strapped the Hylian Shield to his back, and then made his way out again. Down the ladder he went, and then to Kasey. "Ready for this?" He mounted Epona and held his hand out to her.

Kasey breathed in deeply and took the hand, climbing on with the help of the young males hand. She adjusted her position slightly, then let out a small laugh. "Why wouldn't I be?" She grinned, gently patting Epona's side. After a moment she smiled and moved so she was holding onto Link, just in case she could fall off. "Let's hurry!" She said, excited. How could she not be excited? This was one of her first big adventures, with one of her best friends too!
-
With that, Link spurred Epona forward at a blinding speed, grabbing tightly onto her reigns. "Have I shown you Castle Town before? I do not remember if I have. That, and the castle itself. You will love them, I am sure of it!" Soon enough they came upon the entrance to Hyrule Field, and Link halted his loyal steed. He gazed out at the vast emptiness of the land, the absence of the various creatures that tried to kill him not going unnoticed by him. "Nice change of pace."
-
((I'm going to be going off to bed soon about 30 minutes, I hope to talk to you tomorrow. :3))
Kasey breathed in shakily, hopping off. She laughed gently, slightly wobbly. She walked over. "I've only ever been to Ordon. Other than that I've lived on my own." She said, walking over to stand next to the young hero. She looked around at the empty land that laid before them and felt herself smile. "It's a pretty nice view." She said softly, looking at him with a soft laugh. -
(Oh, okay. Of course. :3)
"The first time I gazed upon the land, regardless of the monsters, that was when I knew I would protect it at all costs. I knew I [b]belonged[b/] out here. Even now, I cannot get over how beautiful this land is." He took a moment to reminisce in his adventure of old, and Epona seemed to be doing the same. "Uh, anyway, you're coming with me to the Sacred Grove. By the time we get there, I estimate that it will be sundown, so we'll set up camp there for the night." -
*belonged, not belonged*
-
(Cool. :3 )
Kasey looked at him and gave a simple nod before grinning and smiling at him. "Well, you're not the only person who's going to protect it!" She grinned, hopping onto Epona. "After all, I live here too~!" She let out a light laugh before drawing her sword and pointing it off toward the distance. After a moment she gently lowered it. "Hyrule's all we got. So we gotta keep it safe." She said as she slid her sword back into it's sheath.
