C1 and C2 are cousins / siblings / Whatever you want them to be , their parents are Long dead. Instead they live in a large mansion on a hill a small distance away form the beach and the twin they live in, they are looked after by an old women .
C1 discovers a journal detailing creatures of magic and how to preform magic , however while reading something attacks them, but they are saved by the mysterious masked figure of C3 , C3 drops their pendant which C1 takes home, the next day they are alone at the beach where they get wet and grow a tail.
Their relative C2 becomes suspicious and goes out looking for answers in teh forest and somehow stumbles upon an underwater cavern , they are shocked to find they can breathe , they are caught by C4 the prince / princess of the sea , their britehr / sister C3 is the King / queen of the sea , C2 soon falls in love with C4 and C4 does the same.
The old women is discovere dto be a fairy , C1 spy's on their relative one night to learn they plan to leave for the ocean with C4, C1 stops them and C3 intervenes stopping C; from killingC1 who is revealed to be C3' s queen who had gotten lost after a ship wreck around a hundred years ago.
The relatives agree to return to the but they must stay on land the other two with the, to combat a rising darkness and find a mysterious device Calle sthe tempest.
Could I be C1 please and I think my friend Oculd be C3 -
