As her family met the lady behind the counter, they signed papers and talked. Crystal looked down while nibbling the bottom of her lip. Eavesdropping on their conversation with the new child. She looked up and spotted Charlie there. She waved her hand with a slight smile. -
Okay.)
Charlie had his head down for a few moments, lazily. Listening and answering and all the such as he stood there, putting his hands inside of his coats pockets. Looking up after a bit as he noticed a girl there who had waved at him, smiling. "Why wave at me?" he asked himself silently as he stared blankly at the girl for a few moments. -

Crystal dropped her hand with a slight shrug. She rolled her eyes again, feeling nervous about having a brother. She shook her head away from the negativity and tried to keeo a smile for her parents.

Charlie sighed lightly as he thought about finally being a part of a family after many years. Would they treat him well? How? What will it be like? He had grown somewhat accustomed to being in the orphanage, so the thought of leaving it brought a slight fear to him. He had some hope though. Hope that all may come to be well, if he is, that it turns out for the best. Slight however.

Crystal's mom walked up to him and smiled. Speaking nicely to him about coming home. Her dad went was holding papers and smiled at the boy. She honestly felt jealous for a bit, having a new sibling was a weird change.

Charlie sighed lightly as the woman spoke to him, lightly nodding his head to her though and forcing a half true smile while the rest as hidden. He was a bit happy he was to be adopted, but feared what waited ahead of him from here.

Her mom introduced Crystal. Crystal blushed and walked up to him. Her face turned into a light red. "Hai." She managed to say to him.

Charlie looked up to the girl, seeing it was the one from earlier. "Hello.. He said plainly to her. A small laugh mostly to himself as he looked to her.

Crystal smiled a bit. She tried to hide it as she looked away from him. Feeling okay with having an older brother. It wasnt so bad, she thought. Her family was ready to leave. They did along with him.

Charlie followed the family out to leave, walking behind them all. Curious about what it would be like to have a sister now, wondering how that would come to be. What would happen. Would they get along? He was curious.

Once they got home. Her mom told him that he had to share a room with Crystal. Theu weren't broke, just busy. They lived in a townhouse. Crystal didn't really mind. She shrugged as she entered the home. "Welcome home." She said as she looked at him. "Mom and Dad are always busy with work to buy a new house. I dont think you'll mind though."

Charlie looked at the house they came to , smiling a bit. "My new home now.." he said to himself. "Hope its good here." he said walking inside of it behind Crystal a bit. "I see." he said quietly, looking around the place before turning to look to the girl again, Crystal.

Crystal nodded. "Dont worry, soon you can have your own room." She said before heading upstairs with a sigh. She stepped in their room. The walls where a shade of blue and white. One side was her side. And the other was his side. "Dad will let you pick out your comforter soon." She said as she flopped onto her bed, rubbing her eyes

"I don't mind. I'm used to sharing a room." Charlie said as he followed behind her up the stairs and into the room. "Interesting..." he said watching her as she had spoke again and went to her bed. "What now..?" he asked after a bit with a yawn, shaking his head.

Crystal looked at him. "You can do anything you want. Just, dont touch my things without permission." She said strictly before sitting up and turning on her Ps4 to play GTA. "Mom and Dad would ask you a lot of things, to know what you like and stuff." She said, trying to be nice.
