Species- ice dragon Human Hybrid

Powers- Can control ice. Telepathic. Heightened senses.
Mutations- large icy white wings and tail. Hands and feet are clawed, arms are covered in white scales up to elbows. Some scales around eyes. Sharp Fangs were his canines would be. A row of sharp spines starting at his forehead and ending halfway down his tail. Puples are slitted.
Human description- short silver hair, left eye is teal while the other is bright silver. pointed chin, high cheekbones and pointed ears give him an over all elvish look.
Wears- tightfitting black leather t shirt with holes in the back for his wings and matching cargo pants. Black fingerless gloves cover his hands. Also has a white trench coat.
Piercings- two silver loops in the left ear with a silver ball at the tip. His right ear has a Dragon Fang.
Tattoos- a silver and blue icy snake wrapped around his right ankle -
