(I'll start)
Flash was in the ice knight training arena training. He hoped to someday be the strongest there was of all knights. His master was overseeing his training. -
And about the amount, it was about 30 or 40)
Kira panted slightly as she sat on a bench, resting. She was tired a bit from the training she was being made to go through to try to control herself better, if ever neededd. -
Flash did pretty well until he was sneak attacked by a training dummy. His master said "A knight must always be on guard. That's enough for today, go rest." Flash stood up, and left to take a break.

Kira sighed as she listened aaroind her to the people speaking? Resting. Taking breaths to help her keep down and calm as usual and rest up.

Flash walked to the knight's shared break room and sat down next to an earth knight named Terren. He asked "Hey man, rough day?" Flash responded "Yes."
