Serenity nodded and sat the plate on the coffee table in front of him. "I'll be back down here later. I have to go upstairs and do some research." she said, smiling faintly as she walked upstairs and went into her bedroom.

Chaos nodded slightly and he watched her before he took the plate and slowly started eating

Serenity looked around and spotted what she was looking for. An old book that was bound in black leather. Most of her family had gotten burned at the Salem Witch trails for protecting the secrets that were in this book. She never knew what they personally were, but she was about to find out.

Chaos finished the food and he got to his feet and he took the plate to the kitchen before he set it in the sink

Serenity flipped open the book and let out a gasp as she realized, Chaos was the hold of the stone. "That can't be possible." she said, as she put the book down on the bed and ran back downstairs.

Chaos moved over to a window and he watched a bird, his head slightly tilted, and he didn't notice her

"Erm.." Serenity said, trying to catch Chaos' attention

"What do you know about the World Stone?" she asked, her voice shaking a bit.

he stiffened, looking ast her warily "nothing" he lied

Serenity looked at him, and then shook her head. "Maybe I'm over-reacting." she said.

Chaos relaxed slightly but he was still on edge

Serenity walked back upstairs and looked at the book again. Chaos had to know something about the stone. He had to. After all, his chest was the one that glowed.
