Kairi sighed and nodded. "So you seen all..." she murmured, suddenly ashamed of herself for being busted. -

Takahiro blushed "I-I'm so sorry for watching you like that." He murmured.

Kairi shrugged. "It's not like you can say anything that everyone else hasn't..." She murmured, hugging herself as she fell deeper in to shame.

Takahiro felt really ashamed of himself for basically prying in the girl's business. "Look, it's okay, I'm not going to tell anyone." He reassured her.

Kairi laughed bitterly. "Everyone already knows. They tease me because of it." She flipped her red hair from her eyes.

Takahiro felt even worse, how could he not even know. How could he not even know that the girl had been teased and bullied for what she does. "I should have realized that..." He stared at the ground, scared to see what Kairi was thinking of him.

Kairi shrugged. "I just keep a brave face. Carry on." She murmured, relaxing. He just put out some kind of aura that set her at ease

Takahiro nodded and continued. "I should have known that this was happening to you, I shouldn't have been so selfish as not to care..." His words came out in barely a whisper.

Kairi blinked, now feeling guilty. "I-It isn't your fault! Hisakawa-sama, you didn't even know I existed!" She used the honorific and last name, as he hadn't given her permission to call him anything else.

Takahiro nodded. "It is my fault." He kicked the pinecones around nervously. "I'm sorry." He whispered, Takahiro turned around to leave the clearing."I'll be going for now. See you around." He ran off without looking back.
And now I actually go to go, bed tiiiime for me ) -
"W-Wait-!" Kairi called before frowning. She sighed and started heading to her apartment. She walked in and picked up her cat, Blu, and held him close.

Takahiro hurried out of the woods, he had to get home quickly before his parents realized he was late.

Kairi sat against the door. "I miss the way it used to be, Blu. Before Daddy started drinking.... I miss being a somebody...."
