C1 was in a car crash when they were young, and lost both of their parents and the use of their legs/eyes(sight) (C1 chooses which one) from then on, and being put into a (i forget the name of the places) for the time. One day, a family comes to the adoption center(?)(i don't know) and see C1 there. Feeling sorry for them, and the such, the family decide to adopt them into their family to take care of them and help them out.
C2 is the child of the people who had adopted C1, and are someone of the helpful sort of lifestyle, always wanting to help people who seem to need it. When they spot C1, they want to help them as best as they could, but they also feel something else. On the sight of seeing them, they immediately like them. They, C2, make a sort of vow to help C1 as best as they could as long as they were there. But with time, their feelings for C1 begun to grow more and more. C1, finding someone who helps them just as such, also seem to grow attached, more and more feelings towards C2, as well. Will one of the two ever admit how they feel to the other? How will it go if one does?
Or
C1 is a young mage who seeks to learn and excel in the magical arts. They decide to head towards the woods one day, in search for C2, a experienced mage who has lived for many many years and still keep a young look to themself for their magic abilities, in hopes of becoming their "apprentice" so they may grow and be better.
When they find C2, C1 approaches them and pleads, begs for them to teach them. After a time of the such, c2 accepts and says they will, under one condition though; for the duration that they shall teach them, C1 is to do as they say, no matter what it is. C1 accepts the opportunity quickly though.
At first, C2 has the such just to try to rid of C1, but over time they begun to actually grow feelings for their new "apprentice." What would happen when they decide to express their feelings to them? How will things go for them?
