An assassin is assigned by their kingdom to disguise themself as a prince/princess to assassinate them in the name of their king. The assassin isn't too keen on dealing with this, but they must do this because they are under the contract of their king. The prince/princess they are suppose to be engaged to isn't so keen on the idea of marrying someone they barely know, but this is for the good of their kingdom. When the two meet it is an instant hate kinda relationship, but could that grow into something more?

Name: Hatanaka 'Juri' Junnosuke
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Interests: Botany and literature, and the only form of fighting he knows is archery.
Other: had an elder sister who left to travel abroad. When she left, he was only 8, and his parents sort of put their expectations on him. When he showed signs of being interested in more typically 'feminine' things, they didn't argue, as they honestly missed their daughter more than they'd admit.
Most mistake him for a woman, which doesn't bother him in the slightest. His attendants and the maids like to refer to him as Juri-hime. Only his parents and those outside the castle call him Junnosuke, and his sister refers to him as Jun. -
Name: Xion "The Black Widow" Dawson
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Interest: hunting, killing, weapons, botany and some forms of literature. She is trained in all sorts of combat, but loves learning new things and has a soft side for weapons.
Other: Xion hasn't really had much of a childhood, being raised as a trained killer can do that to you. She was trained by the best Guild of Assassins to ever walk the earth and knows all. She had longed to know who her parents were and what they did before she was taken off the streets after their murder.
She has traveled far distances and seen very new lands. Being under the contract of her king though resticts what she can do.
Not it! -
"Juri-hime! Master Junnosuke?"
Their voices rung out across the castle. Today the news had passed around that the King had agreed to an arranged marriage for his son.
Some showed the young prince pity, but most were delighted. The vast majority had thought Jun would stay unbetrothed forever. The only people who seemed to show interest in him were some foreign nobles, and even to them Master Jun was cold, though not unfriendly.
It just seemed obvious to most that he had no interest in marriage.
So, here Juri sat, in the center of his garden maze, hiding from everyone.
He had no interest in talking to anyway at the moment. Instead, he paid complete attention to the large blooming tree at his garden's center. A white ribbon was tied around the large trunk, holding 17 golden rings. This tree had been planted when Juri was born. The expansion of the garden had happened when he was 10. Since then, only Juri can seem to consistently find his way back to the tree.
Juri affectionately referred to the tree as Sen. It was short for Senbonzakura, though the official name of the tree was Hatanaka, after the king.
"It's been fun, Sen." The prince mused, laying under the expensive array of leafy branches, sighing. -
Xion stared out of the carriage window out with a sense of pure boredom on her face. Her king, she felt that word hiss in her mind, decided to take a grab for power and wanted her to take over the kingdom, his neighbors over. Of course she did have a bit of a fit when she was told she was betrothed to the prince already. Three guards were in the medical wing of the castle because of her, she did feel sorry for them sure, but she couldn't harm the greedy king.
The landscape changed drastically since she had left the kingdom of the west, but it was the only thing that kept her mind off the problem at hand. This...prince she was betrothed showed no interest in anyone which caused her king to bribe with gold and her...purity. She frowned as she glanced around at the luggage she brought. Most carried clothes and a few weapons,no book to entertain herself, but then again the ride was almost over as she leaned out the window to see the castle was right in front of her. -
"Jun-kun." A voiced chimed. Ayame stood there, behind him, dressed in purple, her blonde hair held aloft with an a clip of an unfamiliar flower. It was probably something from her journey, though the kimono she wore was obviously one of his.
"..." He stared at her robe and dress, obviously irritated.
"Ah! Sorrrrrry." Ayame laughed. "Honestly, I left all my other formal attire at my home. I needed something to wear when we meet our guests."
"...." Junnosuke sighed.
"No sighing. Come on, let's go to throne room. We've got a Princess to welcome." Ayame quickly took his hand, and began leading him in the way she thought was the exit.
After a few wrong turns, Jun grabbed her arm and led her himself, with his rare confidence. Ayame smiled. If only he could show that confidence to his suitors, or at least in his training.
The two eventually exited the huge garden, and were quickly rushed to the hall.
Ayame took her position next to her brother's seat, and Jun sat down with his usual silent grace.
"Are you excited, Junnosuke?" Mrs. Hatanaka asked, seating on the opposite side of Lord Hatanaka.
"..I guess." Jun replied, knowing his mother required a verbal answer. -
The carriage stopped in front of the castle, causing her to wait patiently for the driver to open the door next to her. When it did finally open, she took the man's hand and stepped out onto the ground, happy to be out of the rickety carraige in the first place. She glanced down at the kimono she was wearing and sighed. It wasn't her usual trousers and plain shirt, but it would do. She watched as a few attendents picked up her bags and rushed them off to where ever her room was as she looked up at the castle that loomed over her. It wasn't as big as her master's, but it was a decent size.
Her escort waited for her at the front of the gate as she walked there slowly, cursing at the shoes she had to wear before making a face smile appear on her face that the person escorted her to the throne room. Waiting for her name to be announced before the doors opened silently, which caused her to feel slightly cautious about that, but soon ignored it as she walked in slowly, counting her steps to try stay calm in front of them as another slightly fake smile appeared on her face as she bowed before them. -
Heeeeeeepppphhhh~)

As the formalities and pleasantries were exchanged by the king and queen to the princess, Juri took this time to examine the princess critically.
She didn't seem like much, but maybe that was for the best. He couldn't stand women who criticized him over his clothing and appearance.
Then again, she could just be the quiet hiding a storm.
When it came time for him to introduce himself, he stood quietly, bowing gracefully, hair falling into his face.
"I am Hatanaka Junnosuke, it's a pleasure to finally meet you." He articulated, before sitting back down. -
Xion tried not to show any signs of interest, but damn was he cute. Well more than cute, though she wasn't willing to let those thoughts could her mind.
"I believe you already...know my name, but it is a pleasure to meet you in person." she said softly, trying to not be too loud like she usually was. Being taught by the tutor at the palace was a bore, but ladies didn't seem to be loud and boastful to begin with. The king and queen seemed nice, though even still just meeting the prince he seemed to be...a recluse and mysterious from this point.
