Randall shifted back into the form of a crow and cawed and he spotted Stu Redmond cradling the now, dead body of the man that had crashed into the gas station. "CAW!" he said, the deepness of the crow voice was appaling. Maybe that was why he chose this animal to support him. Also, it helped him spy on the 'chosen ones' better.

Nick walked down the road lost in the mist of his thoughts. It was a nice night, not to hot, not to cold. This was just the night that he wish he could sit under that stars with his parents, but he couldn't. The accident they were in killed them and now he was on his own. He couldn't hear a thing, or even speak. That's when he felt someone pull the collar to his shirt and felt the impact of a fist on his face. He was stunned for a few seconds, as the person got in a few more punches. Nick flew in a fury and kicked one of the guys in the face and they fell back. He grinned, but this victory was short lived. He felt someone grab both of his arms and a man appeared in front of him and Nick shook his head as this guys fist impacted his face. Nick was fading in and out, as he landed on the ground. He could see headlights coming in the distance, but he couldn't move
