"I'll go put on a movie!" He said. He grabbed the Little Mermaid movie and pushed it into the player. "Okay." He said. He played it and watched as the screen popped up. "All set!" He said, walking over to Rosalie.

Rosalie nodded slightly she watched Alana for a moment. "Okay, we're good." She said with a small chuckle. She was shushed b Alana , she put her hands up in mock surrender and when she looked back at the movie she nodded at Max.

Max chuckled and smiled. "We can go into the kitchen!" He said. He smiled and walked towards the kitchen.

Rosalie nodded and followed him.

"I see you have been doing well! You look like you've been keeping in shape and stuff." Max said with a smile. "I really missed you. Why haven't you come back to me?" He asked. He sighed and looked away. "Was I clingy? Or was I just not the right person?" He said with another sigh in his tone.

"Yeah, I have been." She sighed lightly, "Max I missed you too. No! Max of course not! You weren't clingy you were nothing but perfect!. You still are." She cupped his face in his hand and made him look at her, "Max it just got harder and harder to call you or go see you until it just seemed impossible." She said.

Max looked at her, "nothing about me is perfect. If you haven't noticed, there no one living here but me. When you left, and through those years you didn't come back, my heart was tearing into two." he said. He lifted his shirt and showed her the expanding black mass on his chest.

Rosalie shook her head, "No Maxy everything about you is perfect to me!" She said their were tears forming in her eyes but she tried to fight them. She choked on sobs as she saw it, she touched it gently, she kissed his chest a few times and then stopped. She hugged him tightly.

Max shook his head. "There's something in me and I don't know if its gonna kill me or help me." he said. He sighed and hugged her tightly back. "Don't cry. It's not about me!" he said. He broke the hug and looked at her. "Are you okay?" he asked.

Rosalie cried into his chest, "Maxy you're not allowed to die." She said she looked at him her eyes wide and full of tears. She hugged him again and shook her head in his chest, "No Max I need you! I love you and I need you." She said

Max lifted her face and wiped away her tears. "Don't cry." he said. He looked into her eyes and placed a gentle kiss.

Rosalie looked at him, she was about to say something when he kissed her. She kissed him back and pulled him closer to her.

Max kissed her passionately but broke the kiss. He knew it was wrong to kiss the woman that left him deserted in his own fantasy but he loved her no matter what. "Who's the father of Alana?" he asked, He thought about her being a wolf, and Rosalie has only been with him.

"You Max, don't be stupid." Rosalie said, she looked around crossing her arms over her chest. "Max... You're aloud to be mad." She said quietly.

Max loked at her and already knew. "I have a daughter. Does she know?" he asked. He sighed, "Allowed to be mad? For what? She my first daughter!" Max said in excitement.
