"Ms. Carter, we can assure you that we have the right suspect. For one, we collected many evidence and second, we have multiple witnesses. So please, just come with us or you can automatically go to jail. Your pick." Michael said. "Excuse me? I don't think my girlfriend would lie to the government about these kinds of things." Max said before slamming the door in his face and locking it behind him.

Rosalie looked at Max, "He looked familiar..." She mumbled, "But I can't... I can't... I just... Ugh I can't do it I remember him from somewhere!" She said.

Max sighed and looked at her. "You wouldn't do that. Right? You changed?" He said.

"I'm not stupid Max, I've never stolen something right out from under the nose of the government." Rosalie said she sighed, "I don't get it and... How did they know I was here? Does that not seem odd to you?"

"Well yeah but it's the government, they know everything. Don't worry, everything is gonna be okay. Maybe it was someone who doesn't like you that set you up." Max said. He walked over to Rosalie and hugged her.

Rosalie was about to say something when he hugged her, she hugged him back.

Max broken the hug and walked over to te couch. He sat down and closed his eyes, trying to calm his emotions.

Rosalie sighed slightly, "Max... I should probably go..." She said quietly. Part, the smarter part wanted him just to say something like, 'yeah you should' but the other part of her wanted him to tell her to say because if she left... She probably wouldn't see him again.

Max opened his eyes and looked at her. "ohhhh.....ummmm okay. Yeah, I think you need some time to yourself!" he said. He stood and walked over to her.

Rosalie nodded slightly, "Oh... My purse is still up stairs." She said looking down.

"I'll get it for you. Then I can walk you home!" Max said. He walked upstairs and grabbed her purse. He ran back downstairs and handed it to her.

Rosalie nodded slightly, she grabbed the purse delicately from him. "Max, its fine, I can walk back to the school for my car by myself." She said.
