Danny approached Frost. "What's this about the world ending?"

"Once my son agrees to talk to me, I'd be glad too."
Danny bolted up the stairs, grabbed Toshiro, and ran back down the stairs.
"Talk. Now." Danny said -
toshiro yelped as he was grabbed before he glared at danny "why the f--- sould i talk to him" he growled

Frost smirked. "After you, kiddo."

Toshiro glared at him "fine. Why did you say mother was the one trying to kill me"

Frost sighed "She was, lad. She got into trouble a lot. Drank heavily. I did what the best I could to protect you most nights. She attacked me. I have the scars to prove it." Frost unbuttoned his orange jumpsuit revealing scars over his body. "One night she really came at you. I stopped her. The whole thing was an accident. She stepped wrong, fell down the stairs, killed herself. Blame was put on me. They saw the marks on her hands, marks from me trying to stop her. I got blamed. I'm sorry."

Toshiro looked at the ground, his eyes flickering between dark blue and their normal teal "why did she attack me" he said softly, more to himself then anything
