Shadow tried to sit up

Kate put her hand on a bandage. She looked at his eyes agian, then turned away, blushing slightly agian. 'Ugh. Why am I even trying? I'm a monster...a freaking ugly freak,' she thought.

Kate pulled out of her purse a small blanket and offered it to Shadow. "Who did this to you?" She asked.

Shadow took the blanket as nd wrapped it around himself "hunters"

"Oh," Kate sighed. She then looked up and gasped. she fell back. "Wait--y-your a vampire...t-to?!"

Shadow nodded "yeah"

Kate blushed, and reached into her bage and brought out a big bag of blood. she pulled out a cup and poured some in. "This is one of the hunter's blood. don't worry, it delicous," she said as she gave it to Shadow.

Shadow nodded slightly and he took the cup before he started drinking

Kate sat closer beside him. "Do you have any friends or family?" she asked 'I really hope he has no lover,' she thought.

Kate shifted to her cat form and shuffled beside him, laying down. Her back touched his leg, and her ears went hot. Her heart pounded. She curled up and snuggled up agianst him, feeling the fall chill.

Shadow frowned "no" he said

Kate suddenly sat strait up. "O-oh, i'm sorry," she said. she then sniffed the air and turned back to human. "Be right back," she raced off, soon coming back with a hunter in her hands. "Smell good?" she smiled.

Shadow eyes turned blood red

Kate put the body on the ground beside Shadow. "He was near...and i was hungry," she smiled.
