C1 is a young woman in need of money. In hopes of making some, she rents out her house. C2 is a young man who was just evicted. Seeing the flyer, he becomes ecstatic... Until he sees its only for girls. Desperate, he lies, claiming he's gay. C1 reluctantly accepts, and he moves in... But he's starting to get attached to C1... Will he tell her the truth? Will she accept?

C1 is a lovely rich lady. However, she only gets all her power and money from her father. If her father left, her money would be down the drain.
On her seventeenth birthday, her father died. Her money will start to slowly die with him. Everything she asked for will be gone.
C1 needs something to fix this. In emergency, she will put her house on rent. She will make a contract with the person who will rent it.
The contract will be rules for the Renter to stay with the Saler:
*Nothing like drugs will be in the house.
*No men will stay with the saler. Only female renters.
*house must stay clean
*Nothing must be broken
*No more then 2 renting at a time.
C2 has just lost his job and lost his house. He finds the flyer about the contract in the newspaper. Now, he must lie to rent the house. He tricks C1 into believing he is gay, just so he'll have a home.
C2 starts to actually have feelings for C1. However, he can't just show his feelings to her. He can't show his feelings or else everything will be ruined.
What will happened next? How will her family feel about him? How will he show his feelings to her? Will he keep lying or will he tell her? -
