Lunan looked down at his feet as he walked, puzzling over the information he had gathered. He sighed and closed his eyes" why can't it just.make sense for once? " he said to himself. Holms whined and nuzzled lunans hand, get a soft smile from his owner

Alice put her hands in her coat pockets careful not to make too much noise, another piece of hair fell out of the braid and she quickly tucked it behind her ear and didn't bother putting the hand back in the pocket. She watched the stranger and the dog as she walked since he had nothing else to look at, the braid started making a small noise as it scraped against the coat so she brought it over one shoulder so it stopped.

Lunan spotted the small house her was renting and started digging threw his pockets as he walked up to the door. He pulled out the keys and unlocked the door, letting holms go in first before he followed, shutting the door behind him

Alice stopped short of the walkway of the house, after he went in she let out a small sigh, she watched the house for a moment and contemplated just going back to her house. A shiver was sent down her spine reminding her that she could, she took a moment to gather herself the started up the walkway and softly knocked on the door.

Right before he opened the door Alice was very convinced that maybe she should leave it to the police, but she he opened the door the switch flipped in her mind telling her she had to do it. She closed her eyes for a moment, "Actually, I believe you can, how much time do you have?" She asked not any real emotion in her.

Lunan frowned slightly, taking not of her toon of voice" well I have about Hour till I half to give scar his medicine so that's how long I have, why?" He Saud, leaning on the door frame as holms poked his head outside

Alice looked at him not quite sure on what to say, "You're here investigating the kidnappings, "I personally don't care why or who you work for but its definitely not the station here and that's all that matters. I- I need you to let me help you with this, I need to find my daughters please let me help." She said tears starting to form in her eyes as she awaited the on coming no.

Lunan frowned slightly, thinking" only if you can help track down the kidnapper. If you cant, get lost" he said, wincing internally at how cold he sounded

"To some degree, yes, I can probably help you." Alice said ignoring his tone since she wasn't being Ms. Happy-go-lucky either, "Besides, does it not get lonely all by your self? You shouldn't be all judgy and picky when you have someone offering especially one who knows what shes doing. Take that how you wish." She said.

Holmes barked and Lunan chuckled softly" I'm hardly ever alone with Holmes and scar, but I get your point" he said with a slight smile" alright, you can help

"The lonely ones always say their not lonely." She said finally breaking a slight smile, her face lit up when he said she could help, "Really?! You're the best!" She said and attacked him in a hug.

He shrugged slightly" maybe" he said before yelping in surprise at the hug. He blushed faintly and patted her back" yes really, can you let go now?" He said

Alice held in a chuckle because of his yelp, she squeezed him and hurried her he's in his shoulder tears forming in her eyes again. She shook her head into his shoulder, "No, I think you still need a hug." She said quietly as an excuse not to let go so he didn't see her tearing up from letting her help him.

Lunan sighed softly and he looked down at her, frowning slightly" I don't need a hug" he said "and I don't believe you told me your name" he added after a moment
