Starter: Raichu
Personality: Much like an introvert, Alcar is not a very social boy. He likes to stay close to himself. He is quiet, adventurous, curious, and head strong. He can be a smart ass at times and is not good with meeting people. He prefers the country side because it is more quiet.
Bio: At the age of 8, his mother died by drowning in a river on his birthday. Ever since then, he always felt sad around the day he was supposed to feel happy. Though, one day on his 9th birthday as he was crying in his bedroom, his father gave him a gift. It was a Raichu. After that day, the two became very close. Alcar would always play with raichu, and train him. At the age of 12, Alcar's father decided to let him go off on his own to build a stronger bond with Raichu. Now, Alcar is on his way to victory alongside his best friend. -

It feels weird having a starter being a evolved form
You could say that pikachu is an evolved form too but
He just feels more natural

Good, good. Okay, go to Emuparadise and find a pokemon game you think you would like. I'd recommend either pokemon Diamond/pearl or Pokemon mystery dungeon. For mystery dungeon, both red/blue rescue team or explorers of sky/darkness/time work.
Once your done, download an gameboy emulator or a ds emulator. -
