Laurence raised his scythes narrowing his eyes " Who are you?" He asked eyes flailing brighter than usual. " why are you following me?!"

"I'm Toby, and I was following you because you took my place at the Avengers" he said while swinging his sword

" what are you talking about" he said as his scythes crackled with green electricity. " I didn't take anybody's place"

"before you came, I was part of the Avengers" he said throwing his sword up and catched it "But then I was dying and I was rescued by someone"

" Then why are you following me" he snarled as he took his fighting stance. He right handkerchief further to his comunaicatir.!

"I just wanted to see what you were doing and...." he stopped not knowing if he should tell him that he likes him

( Remember he`s supposed to kidnap him as half revenge on the Avengers and half because he is obsessed with him0
" What?!" The Alien hissed as he switched on his comm link contacting Tony. -

"Nothing" he said -
( he attacks him knocks him out takes him then videos chats the avengers and does what's in the plot )
He turned around and began to walk away. -
Toby had an idea of kidnapping Laurence, he smirked, grabbed his gun and hit his head with the tip of the gun knocking him down

Laurence looked at him " Hey what do you think You're doing" he yelled

Toby didn't respond and hit him in the head again with the tip of the gun. -

Laurence screamed in terror and pain before he fell unconcious, his scythes had been knocked out of his hands earlier , his communicator fell out of his pocket.
" Laurence? Laurence? Emers can you hear me?!" Tony asked over the communicator.
